The Neuroscience of Virtues
Neurological studies have shown us that the 33 virtues are processed precisely by the frontal lobe.
The frontal lobe is the most noble and modern part of our brain. When we strengthen the frontal lobe, we can control what we don't like about ourselves, such as our procrastination, anxiety, depression or any type of negative emotion.
Thus, when developed through neuroplasticity, these 33 virtues strengthen neural connections in our frontal lobe, making us more conscious and, literally, more evolved.
All of our psychological challenges, such as anxiety, OCD, depression, procrastination, and others, come from the brain stem, and by strengthening our frontal lobe, these problems diminish or even go away completely.

He holds two titles of Commendator in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. He has been honored by the UN and the Ministry of Health for the creation of the Virtology (the science of human virtues) and received an honor from the City Council of São Paulo, for his work in the health area.

In addition to being present in the office, the Virtue Psychoanalysis methodology is responsible for the treatment and reduction of sentences of inmates in more than 180 penitentiaries in Brazil, showing efficiency in the development of the frontal lobe of individuals, which increases their empathy, awareness and control of their violent and selfish behaviors, even making them eligible for a reduction in their sentences.
Creator of the Terapeutas do Bem Project, which aims to provide free psychoanalysis care and training to an audience that would otherwise not have access, since 2013, with hundreds of therapists trained and thousands served free of charge.
